Thank you for visiting this website (this “Site”), which is owned and operated by Alembic Therapeutics LLC (“Alembic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information collected through the Site and the choices available to you regarding such information.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site on which it is posted. It does not apply to information collected through any other websites, mobile applications, or online services operated by Alembic on which this Policy is not posted, nor does it apply to information collected through offline channels, such as by telephone, mail, or in person.

This Policy also does not apply to information collected in connection with participation in a clinical trial or clinical study conducted pursuant to an Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved protocol. Such activities are governed by separate informed consent forms, clinical trial documentation, and applicable research privacy notices.
