Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site on which it is posted. It does not apply
to information collected through any other websites, mobile applications, or online services operated by
Alembic on which this Policy is not posted, nor does it apply to information collected through offline
channels, such as by telephone, mail, or in person.
This Policy also does not apply to information collected in connection with participation in a clinical trial
or clinical study conducted pursuant to an Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved protocol. Such activities
are governed by separate informed consent forms, clinical trial documentation, and applicable research privacy
notices.
Some of the information we collect through the Site constitutes “personal information,” meaning information
that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable
individual. Other information may be aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise not reasonably identifiable.

Alembic does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral
